My notary career began in 2006, while I was working as a Human Resources manager. Our certified staff members kept returning their forms without the required notarization, and the paperwork was rejected again and again. There was clearly a need for someone in-house who could notarize on the spot, so I became that person.
I have been notarizing ever since. Over the years I grew that skill into a full profession, earning my National Notary Association certification so that I could take on loan signings, estate planning documents, safe deposit box access, and much more. Today I serve individuals, attorneys, real estate professionals, and business owners who need important documents signed correctly the first time.
I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and anywhere else that is convenient for you, and I also notarize remotely by secure video when you cannot meet in person. Every document is reviewed for completeness, every signer's identity is verified carefully, and everything you share with me is kept strictly confidential.
